The Customer Care Center provides two functions: general customer support, and color and technical service. Together, the Customer Care Center team is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds in business, collision repair, color and formulations, computers and information systems, legislative and regulatory issues, and shop management. This knowledge base is anchored by Standox's proprietary information-management and call-tracking software tool -- STARS®. The STARS® system allows any member of the team to immediately know the history of the caller and puts critical collision repair industry information at the Customer Care staff's fingertips. f you have a question, the Standox Customer Care Center will get you an answer.
